Paul Esselaar Paul Esselaar was admitted as an attorney in 2001 and then went on to complete a Masters degree in Electronic Law. He has started his own business and also held the position of Electronic Law Manager for the legal software company Korbitec. Athanasios Kotsiopoulos Athanasios Kotsiopoulos received his MSc Chemical Engineering from the University of Cape Town. He is currently completing his PhD at the University of Cape Town in Chemical Engineering at the Centre for Bioprocess Engineering Research (CeBER). His research focuses primarily on modeling continuous flow bioleach reactor systems, optimisation as well as studying the dynamics of various mineral sulphide ores. Athanasios (Thano) has gained commercial knowledge in the food, beverage, petrochemical and minerals processing industries when working as a sales engineer.
Michael Graz Michael Graz divides his time between consulting, teaching and spending time exploring the great outdoors with his wife. He received his Ph.D. in Anatomy and Human Biology from the University of the Witwatersrand (South Africa) in 1995, and his second Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Chemistry in 2002 from the University of Port Elizabeth. For the past 10 years he has been working in various capacities in the food and pharmaceutical industries ranging from Consultant to CEO of an enzyme extraction business in South Africa to General Manager of an aquaculture start up company in Chile to Head of Group Quality Assurance and Group Technical for a frozen food company.
